Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the information you submit, including your name, work email, organization, area of interest, your message and any optional details you choose to share about your event, institution or team. We also keep the page you used, the referring site and any campaign parameters in the link, so we can see which pages lead to requests.

Website analytics

We only record page views, clicks and similar visit events if you choose to allow analytics. If you allow it, your browser stores an anonymous random identifier so we can count repeat visits; if you decline, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we do not create or keep that identifier. You can change your choice at any time with the “Privacy choices” link in the page footer. Requesting a demo never depends on this choice.

Embedded videos

The homepage includes YouTube players using the privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. When a player loads, your browser connects to YouTube; playing the video is subject to YouTube’s privacy practices. This is separate from your choice about this website’s analytics. We do not record YouTube playback or completion events.

How we use it

We use your demo request information to respond to your request. We use analytics, when you allow them, to understand which pages and campaigns are useful, improve the website and protect the service. We do not use this website to collect sensitive personal information.

Email updates

Asking for a demo is not a subscription. We will only send you product updates or news by email if you tick the separate, optional box on the request form, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.
